KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 3 -- One of the officer from International Telecommunication Union (ITU) making some report during a High Level Roundtable Discussion "Multi-Stakeholder Partnership For Disaster Risk Reduction From National to Local" at 3rd Asian Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction here, today.
