KOTA KINABALU, March 31 -- Former Sabah's Culture, Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Conrad Mojuntin (left) with his lawyer Zahir Hussein Ahmad Shah after being acquitted and discharged by the Magistrate Court here today for causing hurt to a businessman.Mojuntin and his nephew were both alleged to have caused hurt to Chee He Fatt outside the SJD Cafe and Sports in Donggongon, Penampang here on Oct 23, 2005.Majistrate Zaini Fishir ruled that the defence has succeeded in casting doubts on the allegation.--fotoBERNAMA HAK CIPTA TERPELIHARA
