KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 7 -- Former Johor Tenggara Development Authority (Kejora) general manager Datuk Mahfar Sairan, charged with murdering his wife, escapes the gallows after the high court ordered the charge to be ammended to one of causing death by negligence.
