NEW DELHI, Aug 14 -- Special kite bazaar comes up every year in Old Delhi, a few days before August 15 when people fly kites in celebration of India's Independence Day. Leading kite makers from the Indian capital and other cites showcase their colorful creations at Lal Kuan in the busy Old Delhi. According to bulk kite trader Mohammed Yasin, this year there ware about 70-80 shops.
