KUALA LUMPUR, 7 Mei -- Dua lelaki warga Pakistan mengaku tidak bersalah di Mahkamah Sesyen di sini hari ini atas pertuduhan merogol seorang wanita warga Indonesia secara berkumpulan, bulan lepas.Ali Arshad, 36, dan Habib Ur Rahman, 43, didakwa bersama-sama merogol mangsa berusia 23 tahun di sebuah unit hotel di Jalan Imbi di sini antara 9.58 malam pada 14 April hingga 9.30 pagi, 15 April lepas.Kedua-dua tertuduh didakwa mengikut Seksyen 375B Kanun Keseksaan yang membawa hukuman penjara minimum 10 tahun dan maksimum 30 tahun, jika sabit kesalahan.--fotoBERNAMA (2026) HAK CIPTA TERPELIHARA
