LABUAN, Dec 10 -- Malaysian skipper and crews of a tugboat being questioned by Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) Labuan in an operation Tuesday night in the waters off Labuan here.The tugboat was seized for violating the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 (MSO) and the skipper along with his crews were held in an operation dubbed as Ops Sejahtera.MMEA (Labuan) Chief Enforcement Officer Maritime Captain Che Adnan Md Isa said such operation would be intensified to ensure a full compliance of MSO among the vessel operator.-fotoBERNAMA (2014) COPYRIGHT RESERVED
