KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 7 -- Human Right Commision of Malaysia's (Suhakam) Commissioners (from, left) Datuk Dr Chiam Heng Keng, Chairperson Datin Paduka Zaitoon Othman and Datuk Khalid Ibrahim during a media conference on Suhakam's Public Inquiry into the Allegation of Excessive Use of Force by Law Enforment Personnel during the incident of 27 May 2008 at Persiaran Bandar Mahkota Cheras 1 Bandar Mahkota Cheras, at Menara Tun Razak here today.The inquiry found that there has been excessive use of force by the law enforcement personnel and this has violated the safety and security of two individuals, Chang Jiun Haur and Chan Siew Meng.The inquiry also found that the police and Federal Reserve Unit's personnels has been responsible for the violation of human right in the incident but fails to identify the personnel involved.--fotoBERNAMA COPYRIGHT RESERVED
