LABUAN, Aug 16 -- The Malaysian-registered fishing trawlers being detained for hiring undocumented Filipino as fisherman during routine sea patrol in the Labuan's waters at about 10.10 am Sunday.The case is being investigated under the Fisheries Act 1985 and the Immigration Act 1959/63.Labuan Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) Maritime Capt Che Adnan Md Isa said the vessel was detained with eight Filipinos onboard and those detained were aged between 30Õs to 50Õs.The vessel was taken to the MMEA jetty for further investigations.--fotoBERNAMA (2015) COPYRIGHT RESERVED
