NEW YORK, Sept 28 -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak shaking hands with Prof. Joseph D. Brain of Harvard who presented him with a copy of the document on Memorandum of Agreement signed between University of Malaa and Harvard today.
