KUALA LUMPUR, July 6 -- Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Utama Dr Rais Yatim speaking at a press conference on the sidelines of the 11th Session of the Developing Eigth Countries (D8) Council of Minister's meeting here today.The D-8 Head of Government Summit, themed "Meeting Challenges Through Innovative Cooperation", will begin tomorrow.Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi will officiate the two-day Summit on Tuesday. The D-8, established in 1997, comprises eight developing Muslim nations - Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan and Turkey.
