KUALA LUMPUR, July 10 -- Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd (middle) witnesses the exchanging of document between Chief Executive of Australia Network Bruce Dover (second, left) and Chief Executive Officer of All Asia Broadcast Centre (Astro) Rohana Rozhan (second, right) after signing an agreement here, today.The agreement is for the broadcast of Australia Network, Australia's international television channel, on Astro Channel 514 on a 24-hour basis across the country.
