MOSCOW, June 22 -- Malaysian students, specially selected to witness the launch of the MEASAT-3a satelite at a briefing on cosmonaut training given by Commander Fedor Yurchikhin when they visited the Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Centre here on Saturday.Yurchikhin was part of the cosmonaut team which brought back Malaysia's first astronaut Datuk Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor back to Earth in a Soyuz spacecraft in October 2007.The students will be also witnessing the launch of the new MEASAT-3a satelite from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Monday.The launch is scheduled at 3.50am (local time) and Malaysian can follow the launch by logging on to the MEASAT website.--fotoBERNAMA COPYRIGHT RESERVED
