SHAH ALAM, Oct 23 -- A Nigerian man, Samuel Chuks (right) is discussing something with his counsel Kamarul Hisham Kamaruddin (left) outside the High Court here, today.Chuks, 40, an unemployed, was sentenced to five years' jail for bringing cocaine in transit for the purpose of distribution in another country at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Sepang, seven years ago.Judge Mohd Zaki Md.Yasin ordered him to serve the sentence from the date of his arrest on May 29, 2002.Chuks however walked out a free man as he had been in custody for the past seven years.--fotoBERNAMA COPYRIGHT RESERVED
